How to cancel your subscription

Cancelling your subscription​

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

Steps​

  1. Go to Settings → Billing.
  2. Click Cancel Plan.
  3. Confirm the cancellation in the dialog.

What happens after cancellation​

  • Your account is downgraded to the free tier at the end of the billing period.
  • All your documents and history are retained for 90 days.
  • You can re-subscribe at any time to regain full access.

Refund policy​

We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact support.
