1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using AIDocng ("the Service"), operated by DocAI Technology Pte. Ltd., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
AIDocng is a GenAI Agent platform that enables users to generate AI agents in minutes. Our patented technology handles unstructured retail data, building unique knowledge bases, workflows for Gen-AI bots, charts, and AI humans. The platform automates tasks cost-effectively using advanced AI models including GPT-4, NLP, and patented Machine Learning.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
4. Subscription and Payment
AIDocng offers Free, Standard ($20/month), and Customizable plans. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time. Changes take effect at the start of the next billing period.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
- Upload malicious content, viruses, or harmful code
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
- Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
6. Intellectual Property
AIDocng, its patented technology, AI models, and all related intellectual property are owned by DocAI Technology Pte. Ltd. You retain ownership of content you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for providing the Service.
7. AI-Generated Content
Content generated by AIDocng's AI agents, including research reports and business proposals, is provided as-is. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated content before use. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated output.
8. Data Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Your data and conversation content are used solely to provide AI services to you and will not be used to train any AI models.
9. Third-Party Integrations
AIDocng may integrate with third-party services such as Gmail, Slack, Atlassian, Jira, and Microsoft Teams. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DocAI Technology Pte. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
